NeevSetu sends no email yet, so this page sends nothing. A password is reset by a person who can issue you a one-time password. It works for 24 hours, and you choose your own the first time you sign in with it. Who that person is depends on your login:
Teachers and parents
Your school's owner, from your staff or parent record in NeevSetu. Ask the school office to pass it on.
Office staff
Your school's owner, from Staff & roles.
A school owner
Another owner of your school, from Staff & roles. If you are the only owner, write to support@neevsetu.in from the address you sign in with, and the NeevSetu team will issue one.
Students
Your school office. No school screen resets a student's login yet, so the office asks NeevSetu support for you.
Locked out after too many tries? Wait 15 minutes and try again — nothing needs resetting.
